Also with a small pond and bamboos at the back of the house, 11 mango trees, coconut and other trees. Ami spent first 6 years of his life there, then move to the town in a rented house, completed high school. Ami has multiple hobbies like philately, drawing, reading story books, travelling, photography. After school, he moved to the metropolitan for undergraduate, then to another state for masters, again to another city for doctoral degree. Finally to another country to for postdoctoral research. Initially, he was there with his wife for two years but he is settled now in this new country. They have now a small family with wife and a son. His ancestral house now at the village, does not have any trees, bamboo or the pond. His father died in an accident. Uncles, aunt or grandparents were too. Other cousins have divided the house, sold their property as they don't have any feelings towards it. Only his mom is living at the house. His sister got married and moved to another place. Ami believes someday he can go back there, but can he do it?
