I'm looking for a story as a visual for this story....Before I became the Duck you see today, I had my very first job greeting people right at the front desk of a real La Grange pond. As I grew, I kept learning and exploring… I went to a university whose mascot is a bird—just like me! And I’ve been know for making some other feathered friends over the years, too! Looks like I was destined to be a duck. 🦆 Oh and this duck likes to stay active, too! When I was younger, I didn’t just paddle around… I raced across long distances and was no stranger to a stick- I mean you might as well call me Jen Adams! These days, I’m cheering for my teams here at home and across the pond. Hawks, and Browns, and Bears, Oh My! Wait, do you think I’d say Lions?! I definitely wasn’t a Lion. When I’m shaken all those tailfeathers, I need a quick snack. Which of course I go for the best fish around— Goldfish—and a refreshing iced drink of course. I love celebrating big moments in life… In fact, if I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be busy planning one of the happiest days ever for other people.
