Owl's Observation

I want to create a fable picture book to teach both the genre and a lesson about teamwork and cooperation for high school students. All of the characters should be anthropomorphized characters. I'm thinking maybe a story about farm animals trying to work together. A lazy Pig who wants all of the reward with no work, a stubborn Goat who won't let anyone help him, a hardworking Ox who thinks they should just do their jobs the way they were trained, an energetic Dog who wants to try new things and help everyone but always gets in the way, and a meticulous Chicken who focuses so much on one task that he never finishes anything else. In the end, a wise Owl who has been watching gives advice about working together and listening to each other.
