Fatima's Gift

In the quiet town of Freetown, Sierra Leone, 10-year-old Fatima was known as the silent girl. She hardly spoke, but her eyes told stories.

Fatima's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mans-Davies, were worried about their daughter's silence, but they noticed something unusual. Fatima seemed to sense things before they happened.

One evening, while playing with neighborhood kids Jaffa and Maya, Fatima suddenly stopped. She stared at a nearby baobab tree, her eyes wide.
