Leo's Wobbly Tower Trouble

Leo, a cheerful preschooler with big, bright eyes, is building a magnificent tower of colorful blocks. He giggles, stretching his arms high as the tower wobbles slightly. Sunlight streams through the classroom window, making the blocks glow with happy colors. His small, round body is full of energy, ready for a fun day.

Suddenly, another boy, Max, with spiky hair and a determined grin, rushes over, pointing at a shiny red block at the top of Leo's tower. Max grabs for it, making Leo's eyes widen in surprise. A playful tug-of-war begins, with both boys holding onto the block.

The tug-of-war turns into a small push as Max tries to pull the block away. Leo stumbles back, his magnificent tower toppling with a clatter. His happy smile vanishes, replaced by a sad frown and a little tear welling in his eye. Max looks a bit surprised by the mess.

Leo sadly gathers a few scattered blocks, moving to play by himself in a corner. The fun from earlier has completely disappeared, leaving a cloudy feeling in his tummy. He builds a small, lonely house, but his heart isn't in it. His usually bouncy demeanor is now quiet and still.

At home, while having a snack, Mom gently asks Leo what happened. Leo hesitates, kicking his feet under the chair, but then his expressive face crinkles, and he tells her all about Max and the fallen tower. His words tumble out, a mix of sadness and frustration. Mom listens with full attention, her eyes soft and understanding.

Mom wraps Leo in a comforting hug, assuring him it's okay to feel upset. She explains that talking about problems helps make them smaller. Together, they brainstorm ideas for how Leo could talk to Max or ask the teacher for help the next day. A little spark of hope begins to flicker in Leo's eyes.

The next morning, Leo walks into preschool holding Mom's hand, feeling a tiny bit braver. Mom has a quick, friendly chat with their teacher, Miss Lily, who has a big, welcoming smile. Miss Lily then gently approaches Leo and Max, her calm presence making everyone feel safe.

With Miss Lily's help, Leo and Max talk about what happened. Max apologizes for pushing, and Leo explains how sad he felt when his tower fell. They decide to build an even bigger, super-duper tower together, taking turns with all the colorful blocks. Their smiles return, brighter than ever.
