Princess Pippa’s Big Adventure

Princess Pippa lives in a tall, sparkly castle with many windows. She peeks out at the green hills and wonders what lies beyond the big stone walls.

With a little hop and a skip, Pippa walks through the palace gates. The sun feels warm on her crown as she steps onto the soft, velvet grass for her first adventure.

Under a big oak tree, Pippa finds a new friend waiting for her. It is a very big, very fluffy black cat with eyes as bright as lemon drops and a friendly smile.

The big black cat purrs like a tiny motor and nuzzles Pippa’s hand. Together, they walk into a field filled with giant, swaying yellow daisies that reach up to Pippa's waist.

They reach a sparkling blue stream that giggles over the smooth rocks. The big cat stands tall and strong, helping Pippa cross the water so she doesn't get her royal shoes wet.

Deep in the woods, the trees have leaves that look like soft, colorful clouds. Pippa and her cat friend stop to listen to the birds singing happy songs in the high branches.

They climb a gentle hill where the wind tickles Pippa's cheeks. From the top, she can see her castle and the whole beautiful kingdom spread out like a colorful toy set.

The sky turns a lovely shade of pink and orange as the sun begins to go to sleep. Pippa yawns a little bit, feeling tired after her long day of exploring.

The big black cat kneels down so Pippa can climb onto its soft, warm back. They trot quietly through the twilight, heading back home to the cozy castle.

Back in her room, Pippa snuggles under her thick, warm blankets. Her big cat friend curls up at the foot of the bed, and they both fall fast asleep to dream of tomorrow.
