Title - The Boy Who Missed God Scene 1: The Prayer Narrator: It was a bright, beautiful morning. Eight-year-old Aarav stood in front of his little prayer altar with folded hands. Today, he had one very special wish. Aarav:"Dear God, I love You very much. Will You please come and meet me today? I really want to see You!" Just then, Grandma walked into the room. Grandma (smiling): "Oh, Aarav! God always answers sincere prayers." Aarav (excited): "Really? Then I'll wait outside all day!" Grandma: "Yes. But keep your eyes open... and more importantly, keep your heart open." Narrator: Aarav grabbed his little stool and sat outside the front gate, eagerly waiting for God. ________________________________________ Scene 2: The First Visitor Narrator: A few minutes later, a tiny brown puppy came trotting down the road. Puppy: "Woof! Woof!" The little puppy wagged its tail and looked up at Aarav with hungry eyes. Aarav: "Oh no, little puppy. I'm waiting for God today. I don't have time to play." Narrator: The puppy slowly walked away, still hungry. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scene 3: The Second Visitor Narrator: Soon, the old gardener from the neighbourhood came by. He was carrying a heavy watering can and looked very tired. Gardener: "Hello, Aarav. Could you please help me carry this to the garden?" Aarav: "I'm sorry. I can't leave now. God might come any minute!" Gardener (kindly): "That's alright, my boy." Narrator: The gardener smiled and slowly continued on his way. ________________________________________ Scene 4: The Third Visitor Narrator: A little while later, a young girl skipped past Aarav carrying a box of colourful crayons. Suddenly... Girl: "Oh no!" The crayons rolled all over the road. Girl: "Can somebody help me, please?" Aarav looked at the crayons... He looked at the road... Then he shook his head. Aarav: "I'm sorry. I'm waiting for someone very important." Narrator: The little girl quietly picked up every crayon by herself and walked away. ________________________________________ Scene 5: The Surprise Narrator: The sun began to set. Aarav sighed sadly and went inside. Aarav: "Grandma... God didn't come." Grandma gently smiled. Grandma:"Tell me everything that happened today." Narrator: Aarav told her about the hungry puppy, the tired gardener and the little girl who dropped her crayons. Grandma listened carefully. Then she asked softly... Grandma: "Aarav... what if God came to you three times today?" Aarav (surprised): "What? Three times?" Grandma: "The puppy needed kindness." "The gardener needed help." "The little girl needed someone to care." "When we help others with love, we honour the Divine that lives in every heart." Narrator: Aarav's eyes became wide with understanding. Aarav (softly): "I... I missed Him." Grandma hugged him. Grandma: "You didn't miss Him forever. Today, you learned how to find Him."
