The little one

Leo, a small boy with a big grin, decided he wanted to build a lemonade stand. He imagined customers lining up, eager to taste his delicious, freshly squeezed lemonade. His backyard, filled with sunshine and dreams, seemed the perfect location for his business venture.

First, Leo needed a plan! He gathered his crayons and drew a colorful picture of his dream stand, complete with a sign and a table. He knew he'd need lemons, sugar, water, and maybe even some cookies!

Next came the construction. Leo's dad helped him build a simple stand from wood and some bright paint. Leo carefully painted the sign, his tongue sticking out in concentration, ready to welcome his first customers.

The day arrived! Leo set up his stand, arranging the lemonade in a big pitcher and the cookies on a plate. But… no one came. Leo's smile began to fade; he felt a little bit discouraged.

Leo's mom saw his disappointment and sat beside him. She explained that sometimes things don’t happen right away. They brainstormed ways to attract customers, like making a special sign and offering samples.

With renewed energy, Leo followed his mom’s advice. Soon, customers started arriving! Leo sold lemonade, made friends, and learned that even the biggest challenges can be overcome with a little help and a lot of determination. He smiled, knowing he had made his dream come true.
