利用規約

1. サービス概要

GenStory は AI を活用したストーリーブック、画像、コンテンツ生成サービスを提供します。製品運営、法令、コンプライアンス上の必要に応じて、機能、価格、提供状況、またはサービスの一部を更新・調整・停止・終了する場合があります。

2. アカウントと利用者の責任

あなたは、アカウント認証情報、プロンプト、アップロード素材、生成結果、公開コンテンツ、およびアカウントを通じて行われるすべての活動に責任を負います。

本サービスの利用にあたり、適用法令、公序良俗、および当社が随時公開するプラットフォーム規則を遵守することに同意するものとします。

3. 禁止コンテンツおよび禁止行為

本サービスを利用して、違法、ポルノ、わいせつ、露骨な性的表現、低俗、搾取的、権利侵害的なコンテンツ、未成年者に関する性的コンテンツ、または法令やプラットフォーム規則に違反するその他のコンテンツを作成、アップロード、入力、生成、保存、公開、配布、処理してはなりません。

当社が合理的に、あなたのコンテンツまたは行為が本規約に違反し、法的・規制上のリスク、決済事業者や提携先、ブランドセーフティ、第三者へのリスクを生じさせると判断した場合、事前通知なく当該コンテンツを削除し、機能制限、サービス停止、クレジット凍結、注文終了、アカウント停止、永久禁止などの措置を講じることがあります。

本規約またはプラットフォーム規則違反によりアカウントが制限、停止、終了された場合、支払済み料金、購入済みクレジット、サブスクリプション特典その他未使用の権利は、法令により義務付けられる場合を除き、返金・交換・現金化されません。

4. 料金と返金

製品ページ、決済ページ、または補足ルールに別段の明示がない限り、デジタルサービスはアクセス付与、クレジット発行、またはサービス提供開始後、原則として返金不可です。

ただし、法令上必要な場合、またはプラットフォーム側の技術障害、重複請求など返金が妥当な場合には、当社は適切に対応します。

5. 知的財産権と適正利用

プラットフォーム、ソフトウェア、モデル、UI、商標、および関連資料に関する知的財産権は GenStory またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。あなたは、これらを複製、再販、リバースエンジニアリング、悪用したり、競合する生成系製品・サービスの構築に本サービスを利用したりしてはなりません。

6. 免責事項と責任制限

本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社は、生成コンテンツの正確性、完全性、合法性、適合性、可用性、非侵害性について、明示または黙示の保証を行いません。

生成またはアップロードされたコンテンツの確認、編集、公開、利用、およびそれに伴うリスク評価は、すべて利用者自身の責任で行ってください。

7. 規約の変更

当社は、事業、製品、法令の変更に応じて本規約を随時更新することがあります。更新版は公開時点で効力を生じ、更新後も本サービスを利用した場合、改訂後規約に同意したものとみなされます。

8. 許容される利用とコンテンツ安全ポリシー

You may not use GenStory to create, upload, generate, store, publish, or distribute: illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing; pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or sexual content involving minors; graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages serious harm; hate speech or discriminatory attacks targeting a protected characteristic; content that encourages suicide or self-harm; deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or content intended to mislead people about another person's identity; non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or sexualized content involving a person without their consent; or content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

We may use automated detection and human review to screen prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and reports. We may block generation or uploads, remove or restrict content, suspend tasks, freeze credits, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests. Serious or urgent violations may be acted on without advance notice.

9. 実在人物の素材と肖像使用への同意

If you upload a photograph, likeness, voice, or other material depicting a real person, you must be that person or have obtained all permissions and consents needed to upload, process, and use the material for the requested generation. If the material depicts a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian, or have the guardian's authorization.

You may not use real-person materials for deceptive impersonation, harassment, defamation, sexualized content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful or harmful purposes. You are responsible for the source, permissions, and lawful use of every uploaded material. We may request evidence of authorization and may reject or remove material when authorization is absent or disputed.

10. 報告と異議申し立て

To report suspected illegal content, violence, hate speech, deepfakes or impersonation, NCII, unauthorized real-person materials, intellectual-property infringement, or another violation, use our Report Content form at /report-content or email [email protected] with the content URL or story ID, the reason for the report, and your contact information where follow-up is needed.

We will acknowledge a complete report within 14 business days and aim to complete an initial review within 30 business days. Reports involving child safety, NCII, credible threats, or an imminent risk of harm will be prioritized. We may request additional information, restrict access while reviewing, and notify the reporter of the outcome where appropriate and lawful.
