Avi, a slender boy with wide, hopeful eyes, bursts with energy. He's just seen a miracle! His face glows with sheer delight as he sprints through dusty streets, his simple tunic fluttering behind him, eager to share the incredible news.
Avi arrives at his humble, slightly worn home. Inside, his dear mother lies on a thin mat near a small, smoky stove, her face pale and drawn. Avi kneels beside her, his bright eyes full of conviction, whispering about the healer.
With renewed determination, Avi gently helps his frail mother to her feet. Leaning on his small shoulder, she shuffles slowly, their shadows stretching long as they hurry back to the street, only to find it deserted and quiet.
The next morning, Avi heads to the well, a heavy water jug on his hip. He sees a bustling crowd moving towards the horizon. A kind man tells him they are following the healer into the vast, golden desert.
Back home, Avi watches his mother, his heart aching. He wishes he were strong enough to carry her. Then, a brilliant idea sparks in his mind: he would take a special gift to the healer himself and ask for help.
With meticulous care, Avi bakes five small loaves of bread from their meager flour and wraps them with two precious sun-dried fish. This small, heartfelt offering, his entire pantry, he places in his simple bag, ready for his journey.
Avi journeys through the warm desert, arriving as the sun begins to dip low. He finds a spot among the crowd, listening intently as the kind healer speaks of a beautiful kingdom where there is no pain or sorrow.
As the sermon ends, Avi overhears the healer's worried followers discussing how to feed the hungry multitude. With a brave heart, Avi steps forward, offering his humble bundle of bread and fish, a generous smile on his face.
Feeling a quiet peace, Avi turns towards home, the desert sky painted in hues of orange and purple. Though he didn't ask for a favor, he feels a warmth in his heart. As he nears his house, a soft, flickering light catches his eye.
Avi rushes inside, his jaw dropping in joyful disbelief! His mother, vibrant and healthy, stands by the stove, cooking. The small table is laden with bountiful loaves and fish, a miraculous feast, as she embraces her astonished son.

A ten year old Hebrew boy saw a man healing a blind. His face lights up with joy and run home. His home was a little messy and looks run down. On the bed near the stove his mother lying down. She seems frail and weak. “Mom I saw a man on a street and he healed people” says with gleams of hope in his eyes. “Mom I believe he will heal you too!”. “Oh really, what a wonderful news”. The boy then try to help his mother to get up “come on ma, if we go now, we might still be able to catch up with him”. With his mother arm on his shoulder they walk as fast as they can to the place where he saw the man. But noone were there anymore, the street is empty, he watch his mom out of breath and exhausted, he knew she can’t walk any further. With defeat they slowly went home. The next morning as he went to fetch a water from the well he saw people walking towards the river, he asked a man walking near him, “Sir where are all these people going?”. “They said the healer had went to the desert, we are heading there to meet him” replied the man and continue walking. With a gallon of water on his shoulder he went home. At home looking at his mom “I wish I am strong enough to carry you to him” whispered to himself, and then a thought came “what if I went there myself with a gift and ask him to see my mother, then he can heal her”. He look around the house, they had nothing valuable. “I can give him some food” said to himself. He look at the pantry there are about a two meal worth of flour and two sun dried fish, thats all. “If he can come and heal my mom then being hungry for a day or two I can handle” said to himself. So he decided to make a loaf of bread, and manage to make five loaf of bread, he wrapped the loaf and the two fish in a cloth, put it in his bag and head toward the desert. On the afternoon he reach the place where the healer was preaching, he find a place sit and watch the healer preaching about the kingdom of heaven and in the kingdom how there will be no more pain and suffering. When he’s finished preaching the sun was almost setting. He noticed one of the follower was standing near the him as the other follower of the healer approach him and said “He said feed the people, but we do not have enough, how are going to do?”, “even with all the money we had, it still wouldn’t be enough to feed all of these people.” said the other with a worry look. The boy felt sorry for them so he decided to give the food to them “Here, I have some loaves of bread and a fish, I can share mine”. The follower with a little surprised and relief took the gift and brought it to the healer. “I guess I can’t ask the healer a favor anymore, but atleast I hope I was of help for them”. The sun was about to set so he decided to went home. As he walk home he thought to himself “In heaven my mom and I wouldn’t have to worry about hunger” and felt a sense of peace in his heart. As he walks towards his home he saw a light flickering from inside, “Did I left a candle burning” a little worried he dash through the door. To his surprise his mother was cooking and not only that she seems healthy, her face was plum as if she had never been sick. “My dear son you are home? where have you been?” she asked as she reach for him. The boy with a little amaze and confused “Mom are you not sick anymore?” asked his mom. “Yes, I just walked up this evening and not a bone in me hurt anymore. Its a miracle!”. “Come on I make some food, lets eat”. On their small table there are loaves of bread and fishes, “Mom where did you get all of this?” “Oh, someone put a bags of flour and a baskets of fishes on our door step when I woke up. People are so kind. We won’t have to worry about food for months” replied the mother. And as they eat, the boy tells her about what the preacher had told him, about the Kingdom of heaven. From that day forward the two of them never felt hardship ever again.
