He has lots of toys to chew on, as well as bones, but he can't seem to help himself. His owner uses bitter apple spray on the furniture and wires, but that doesn't seem to stop him. He even chewed on an electric wires in the recliner couch. It only took a second, but he broke the wire that made the chair recline. His owners are frustrated and they are trying to do all the right things to teach him to not chew on things he should not. Harley doesn't know why, but he keeps chewing even though he knows his owners, Kathy and Brian don't like him doing it.
