Matrix spots a butterfly and follows it into a dense thicket of bushes. Bobby follows closely, and they emerge on the other side covered in green leaves and tiny twigs.

They reach a busy intersection and wait patiently at the crosswalk, just like they saw the humans do. People smile and take pictures of the two well-behaved, yet very messy, Dalmatians.

The brothers find a familiar-looking park bench near the edge of their neighborhood. Bobby catches a familiar scent on the breeze—it’s the smell of their home and their favorite treats.

They run down the final street, their tired legs finding a new burst of energy. The white fence of their garden appears in the distance, looking like the most beautiful sight in the world.

They squeeze back through the loose plank, returning to the safety of their own backyard. The garden is quiet and peaceful, exactly how they left it, but they feel like different dogs.

Their owner calls their names from the back door, holding two bowls of delicious dinner. Bobby and Matrix trot over, trying their best to look innocent despite the blue paint and mud.

After a much-needed warm bath, the two brothers are white and spotty once again. They shake themselves dry, sending water droplets flying across the kitchen floor.

Exhausted from their big adventure, they curl up together in their soft, circular dog bed. Matrix rests his head on Bobby’s back, and Bobby lets out a long, contented sigh.
