1. Service Overview

GenStory provides AI-assisted storybook, image, and content generation services. We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue any feature, pricing, availability, or part of the service based on product, operational, legal, or compliance needs.

2. Account and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, published content, and all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, public order, and all platform rules we publish from time to time.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the service to create, upload, input, generate, store, publish, distribute, or otherwise process any illegal, pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit, vulgar, exploitative, or rights-infringing content, including any sexual content involving minors, or any other content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

If we reasonably believe that your content or conduct violates these terms, creates legal or regulatory exposure, or poses risk to payment providers, business partners, brand safety, or third parties, we may remove the content and take action without prior notice, including restricting features, suspending service, freezing credits, terminating orders, suspending your account, or permanently banning your account.

If your account is restricted, suspended, or terminated because of a violation of these terms or platform rules, all fees paid, purchased credits, subscription benefits, and other unused entitlements are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash, except where required by mandatory law.

4. Fees and Refunds

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page, checkout page, or supplemental rules, fees for digital services are generally non-refundable once access is granted, credits are issued, or the service has begun to be performed.

We may provide refunds where required by law, or where a refund is appropriate due to platform-side technical failure, duplicate charges, or similar billing issues.

5. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The platform, software, models, interface, trademarks, and related materials are owned by GenStory or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, abuse the platform, or use the service to build a competing generative product or service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, availability, or non-infringement of generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, publishing, and using any generated or uploaded content, and for assessing associated risks before relying on it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect business, product, or legal changes. The updated version becomes effective when posted. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
