Suddenly, the sky turns an eerie shade of green as a massive shadow creeps across the clouds. A giant snake ninja named Spearah lands heavily on the temple roof, his dark emerald scales shimmering dangerously as his golden eyes lock onto the heroes.
Before anyone can move, Spearah points his glowing snake staff at Kai and unleashes a blinding beam of green light. Instantly, the blazing flames surrounding Kai vanish, leaving his hands cold and the brave Fire Ninja gasping in shock.
The remaining four ninja charge forward in a brave counterattack, unleashing lightning bolts, wrapping vines, throwing giant rocks, and launching high-tech drones. Spearah merely sneers, raising his staff to unleash a thick, swirling green Disappearing Mist that begins to fade the ninja's bodies into thin air.

One by one, the ninja began to fade. Lightning's feet vanished. Yoshi's arms became transparent. Even Col's mighty fists disappeared. "If you disappear completely," hissed Spearah, "no one can ever find you again." The ninja had never faced magic like this. Chapter 3 The Secret of Teamwork Kai wanted to help. But without his fire... he felt useless. Then Robo had an idea. "Wait!" "If Spearah stole your fire..." "...he didn't steal your courage." Kai smiled. "You're right." Instead of fighting with powers... the five ninja fought together. Lightning distracted Spearah. Yoshi grew vines around the snake's tail. Col lifted an enormous stone. "HISSSSS!" Spearah bounced away over the mountains... still trapped inside the bubble. Boing... Boing... Boing... until he disappeared into the clouds. The five ninja burst into laughter. RobotBot beeped proudly. "I always wanted to be a hero." "You already are," said Kai. The End That evening, the five ninja stood together on top of the temple. The stars sparkled above them. Kai held out his hand. One by one, the others placed theirs on top. Lightning. Yoshi. Col. Robo. RobotBot rolled onto the pile too. "Ready?" asked Kai. Everyone smiled. "GO, GO, NINJA!" And together they raced off toward their next adventure.
