Hamad's Super Surprise

Hamad carefully places seven delicious snacks into a basket balanced on his head to share with his friends in the FS2 classroom. He has sweet dates, a golden mango, a yellow banana, and other treats ready for a wonderful day at school.

As Hamad walks past the school garden, a sneaky camel reaches over the fence and quietly swaps the heavy mango for a tiny, round, and very naughty Evil Pea. Hamad continues walking, wondering if his friends will like the sweet fruit he is bringing.

A colorful hoopoe bird flies down from a Ghaf tree and replaces the yellow banana with a very tiny, very hungry caterpillar. The little caterpillar is so hungry that it immediately starts nibbling a hole right through the side of Hamad's woven basket.

When Hamad arrives at the playground, the Evil Pea jumps out of the basket and starts causing chaos by freezing the toy cars in ice and taping the building blocks together. The FS2 kids gasp in surprise as their morning playtime turns into a messy muddle.

Suddenly, a brave potato wearing a red cape and a tiny mask leaps out from under the dates—it is Super-Batata! He strikes a heroic pose and promises the FS2 children that he will stop the Evil Pea and save the school day.

While Super-Batata chases the pea, the Very Hungry Caterpillar crawls into the lunch hall and eats through one cheese fatayer, two pieces of pita bread, and three juicy pieces of watermelon. He is getting bigger and rounder by the second as the teachers look on in amazement.

The FS2 kids cheer and giggle as Super-Batata uses a long cucumber as a slide to catch up with the Evil Pea near the school's vegetable patch. The chase goes around the sandpit and under the swings while everyone shouts for the potato hero.

The caterpillar is now very big and has a tummy ache, so he finds a quiet, cozy corner under a traditional majlis cushion in the classroom. He spins a soft, silky cocoon around himself and falls into a deep sleep while the school day continues.

With a clever trick involving a stray lunchbox, Super-Batata finally traps the Evil Pea inside a plastic hummus container. The playground is safe once again, and the FS2 kids give Super-Batata a big high-five for his bravery.

Hamad finally opens his basket to share his treats and is amazed to see a beautiful, multicolored butterfly emerge from the cocoon and fly toward the ceiling. Everyone enjoys the sweet dates together, celebrating a morning full of super surprises and new friends.
