Rory’s Magic Map Adventure

Rory gets out of bed and puts on his school shirt. His big brother Henry says, "You can be a brave hero today, Rory!" Rory looks at his new skateboard and feels a bit better about the day.

At the school gate, Rory gives Mum a quick hug and a wave. He walks to his class and finds a magic glowing map hidden in his tray. The adventure is about to start because he was so brave!

The magic map takes Rory to a land of floating skate ramps in the sky. He hops on his board and zooms through the bright blue clouds. It is so much fun to glide and slide through the air.

Rory sees a huge gap between the white clouds ahead. He uses his feet to go fast and leaps over the edge with a big smile. "I did it!" he shouts as he lands safely on the other side.

Now the map leads Rory to a place called Rugby Ridge. He holds the ball tight and runs across the soft green grass. He has to dodge the big, fluffy trees that try to block his way.

Rory runs past the trees and scores a great try at the end of the field. A chime sounds and a new path opens up on the magic map. He feels strong and happy as he continues his quest.

Rory walks into the Football Forest where the birds love to play. A team of friendly owls asks Rory to help them win the forest cup. He shows them how to strike the ball with his boot.

It is time for the final goal of the day. Rory strikes the ball hard and it flies straight into the net. The owls hoot with joy and give him a gold trophy to keep.

Rory takes the trophy back to his classroom to show Henry. He knows that school is a place for big adventures and making new friends. He is proud of his brave choices today.

When the bell rings, Mum is there to meet him with a big smile. Rory tells her all about his day and his magic map. He is ready to come back for more fun tomorrow.
