write a story where a man started with a harsh life, orphaned, betrayed and winding up homeless but still retaining enough hope and decency when he saw a truck barreling towards a little girl he sacrifises himself to save her... but instead of heaven, hell or anything else he might have expected after death... finds himself in a vast white void with ten thousand other people, equally as confused as he... just then a vast humanoid figure made of stars and galaxies appear before them to speak... proclaiming itself the one true god, lord of creation and master of the multiverse... or the most recent one, the god explains that his time is nearing its end and so must chose a successor before the end of eternity (a unit of time measurement known only to those who become the one true god), and thus shall pick in the time honored tradition of the grand cosmic tournament... each soul shall be reborn into a new universe at random, their old name forgotten and shall live with the new name given to them though shall remember their old life... each soul shall be granted blessings... powers, skills, bloodlines (race change) or items from all across the infinite multiverse... these blessings shall appear upon your tenth birthday (race changes, passive or soul based blessings are exceptions) and the multiverse shall open up when you turn 20... the winner shall be the last combatant left standing... as everyone goes over the vast list of possible blessings a few contestants end up complaining about their blessing count... wondering why theirs are so low... the god explains this is due to their karmic balance... those who's lives were full of unfair suffering with few good things happening to them or those who tried to ease the suffering of others are gifted a higher karmic balance thus more blessings... those who were cruel, selfish, unjust or caused suffering have lower karmic balance thus fewer blessings... the average has three or four... all have at least one... and the highest available is ten... the MC sees his count... he has 8... and thus considers his options carefully for the best options and picks the following 1) saiyan bloodline: turns his race into a saiyan with all their abilities and quirks 2) kryptonian Bloodline: turns the user into a kryptonian with all kryptonian super powers 3) viltrumite bloodline: turns the user into a viltrumite with all their powers, including overwritting innate biological weaknesses (as shown when nolan had impregnated an insectoid alien that had a short life span and the resulting hybrid offspring turned out with a normal aging process and humanoid appearence albiet with purple skin) 4) 12 talismans: have the powers of shendu's tweleve talismans fused to his soul (mostly so the tiger talisman can unify the three bloodlines... each talisman representing the 12 animals of the zodiac and each with their own powers...Levitation (Rooster) Super strength (Ox) Invisibility (Snake) Super speed (Rabbit) Astral projection (Sheep) Combustion (Dragon) Animation: can bring any inanimate object to life with all powers, personalities and weapons associated with it (i.e is animating a statue of zeus it will have the power of zeus) (Rat) Healing (Horse) Shapeshifting (Monkey) Immortality: immunity to aging, decay and resistant to physical damage (Dog) Thermal vision (Pig) Spiritual balance (Tiger) ) 5) the get creative skill: creates, edits, bestows and removes any skill the user wishes in exchange for LP (life points), if users life points drop to 0 user dies... can accumulate more LP through pleasure... intimate acts with the opposite sex (hugging, kissing, sex ect), eating tasty food and drinks, or accumulating and spending large sums of money 6) the Gamer: has his body running on video game logic, immunity to mental status effects and physical status effects (through the gamers mind and body skill) learn skills through skill books or repeated specific actions, heals through food and drink (or aquire status buffs from them) and can even create dungeons (pocket dimensions populated by monsters born of the negative thoughts and emotions born of all sentient life, slaying monsters in dungeons will provide EXP, $250 times the monsters level and sometimes item drops like weapons, skill books or crafting materials) 7) The great sage: can ask this skill any question and recieved the best possible answer even if the question is vauge like "how do i become the strongest in the world" 8) devil pieces: crimson crystal chess pieces that turn those bonded with them into devils gaining access to eternal youth, enhanced magic and increased physical traits at the cost of being bound to the one who absorbs the king piece with everyone picking their blessings... they all began to fade to begin their new life, our MC vision fades and finds himself as a newborn baby with a new name... and a monkey tail (due to his saiyan blood) which nobody seems to notice... he is born into the world of Highschool DXD
