Ashreeth’s Grand Railway Adventure

Ashreeth stands on the busy platform of Thiruvananthapuram station with Mom and Dada, his eyes wide with excitement as the big train pulls in. They find their seats and settle in, ready for a long and wonderful journey to their native place.

Inside the train, Ashreeth is a bundle of energy, running up and down the aisle of the coach with a giant grin. He stops at every seat to wave a cheerful 'Hi!' to the other passengers, making everyone smile with his naughty and playful spirit.

As night falls, the train rocks back and forth on the tracks, but Ashreeth finds it hard to settle in the narrow berth. He misses his comfortable bed at home and tosses and turns, listening to the rhythmic clicking of the wheels while the world outside is dark.

The clock strikes 4:00 AM as the train slows down at the Erode railway station. On the platform, Thatha is already waiting with a warm smile and open arms to welcome Ashreeth, Mom, and Dada to the city.

Back at the grandparents' house in Erode, Ashreeth drinks a tall glass of fresh milk given to him by his Avva. He feels safe and cozy at last, snuggling under the covers and falling into a deep sleep that lasts until the sun is high at 8:00 AM.

Once he wakes up, Ashreeth rushes outside to the yard to visit his favorite furry friend, the dog he calls 'Bow Bow.' They spend the morning playing together, with Bow Bow wagging his tail happily as Ashreeth giggles and runs circles around him.

The family travels next to the village of A.Pallipatti in Dharmapuri, where another warm welcome awaits them. Ashreeth is greeted with hugs from his other Thatha and Patti, and his dear Athai is there to give him a big kiss on the cheek.

Ashreeth is thrilled to see his cousins, Nakul and Magil, and they immediately start a game of tag in the open courtyard. Even though Nakul is older and Magil is closer to his age, they all laugh and play together like they have never been apart.

The village is full of amazing sights, and Ashreeth spends his afternoon visiting the farm animals. He watches the gentle cows graze, chases the clucking hens around the yard, and tries to talk to the goats that roam near the fields.

After a few days filled with love and laughter, it is time for Ashreeth to head back to Erode and then home to Thiruvananthapuram. He waves goodbye to all his family, his heart full of happy memories from his grand railway adventure.
