New Kid, By Nickolas Chambers First day of school I was feeling nervous and excited. I was wearing a blue T-shirt and blue sweatpants with black shoes. The name of the school was New heights Middle school, AKA Ms 722. I traveled in a city bus in Brooklyn. Describing the environment of the school There were a lot of kids and the environment was colorful. I saw the same old things from 6th grade. How others look at me When I entered the cafeteria, I saw a lot of familiar faces and people I talked with from 6th grade . I said hi to those people then went on until school officially started. The nicest and the meanest of them The people in my class were mostly people I know. Someone even tried to start beef with me! How they treat me The people in class treat me like a regular person. But just that one person. Aaliyah. Aaliyah was the new girl in my class and when I tried to greet her, she gave me much attitude. That did not ruin my day completely though. How I meet and make new friends The 3 new friends I made were Jayden, which was a boy in green, Zoe, a girl in blue, and Micah, a boy in brown. One of them was in 6th grade and the other 2 were in 7th.
