Create a story about a group of employees who filed a complaint to the Ethics Department about their bad working conditions and their bully and authoritarian managers. Then, the Ethics Department sent two people to investigate, but those two people were not honest. The HRVP told them to cover the story and not to punish any of the bad managers. Because the bad managers promised his brother to give him a grade 5 job if he helped them convincing the HRVP, his brother not to punish the bad managers. And after the Ethics Department intervened, the project director promised the employees that he is going to fire the bad managers, but he betrayed them.
