Hi everyone! I have just returned from the most amazing trip to the United Kingdom! I have never been to Britain before, so everything was new and exciting for me. I have visited four different countries in just two weeks. Can you believe it? I have seen so many incredible places that I can’t choose my favorite! England was my first stop. I have walked through the busy streets of London and I have taken hundreds of photos. I have been to the Tower of London three times because I love history so much! I have also tried traditional fish and chips – it was delicious! However, I haven’t eaten jellied eels yet because they look too strange for me. In Scotland, I have climbed up to Edinburgh Castle and the view was spectacular. I have listened to bagpipe music in the Royal Mile, and I have bought a beautiful tartan scarf as a souvenir. My Scottish friend has taught me some Scottish words, but I haven’t learned how to pronounce them correctly yet! Wales has surprised me the most. I have discovered that Welsh is still a living language – I have heard people speaking it everywhere! I have visited several castles, but I haven’t counted how many exactly. I think it’s more than ten! Finally, in Northern Ireland, I have explored the Giant’s Causeway. It has been the highlight of my trip! I have never seen anything like those amazing rock formations. I have also learned about the Titanic story in Belfast – so fascinating! This trip has changed my perspective about the UK. I have realized that each country has its own unique character. I have already started planning my next visit because there are still so many places I haven’t explored yet! Have you ever been to the UK? What has been your most memorable travel experience?
